Marc has an MA from the London College of Communication and an Executive MBA from London Business School.
When he's not busy consulting, he can be found running across a London park, or rewatching a Pixar movie with his two young children.

As a traditionally-trained creative, Fran’s broad knowledge in the industry has provided her with a deep understanding of the design and creative process. Fran works to transform a brand’s core values and vision into a visual language, communicating its story and creating meaningful brand experiences across channels.
Research, Insight & Strategy
Sara believes brands should make a positive impact in people’s lives and to the world. After completing an MSc in Brand Leadership, she followed her heart to do just that. To work with not for profits as a brand strategist, having previously worked in the commercial sector.
Sara has worked with clients such as: Save the Children, Macmillan, The Royal British Legion and Waterstones.
As a new mother, she’s recently been mastering the art of negotiation with her toddler, whilst dabbling in interior design and pottery.

Craig is a designer with twenty years of experience working for global brands across a wide range of industries, from financial services and education to consumer electronics.
His experience working with both agencies and client-side has proved to be invaluable, as has his experience designing multi-language publications.
As a typographer and type designer, Craig’s passion for typography continues to inform his design craft and practice.
