Over the last two decades, Marc Schaller has created, launched and grown B2C and B2B brands, for globally renowned organisations, early stage companies and new ventures, across sectors.
He has an MBA from London Business School, an MA from the London College of Communication and has previously worked for and on behalf of agencies at WPP, IPG and Enero.
Marc is an advisor to investors, founding and leadership teams and speaks at start-up incubators such as: London Business School’s Institute of Entrepreneurship and Private Capital.
When he’s not running Foreground, Marc can be found running across a London park, or rewatching a Pixar movie with his two children.
Mark is an award winning designer with an MA in Communication Design. He majors in brand identity and digital design, helping create unique and distinctive brands, that work cohesively across every channel.
Mark is passionate about the potential of design to influence human behaviour.
As a traditionally-trained creative, Fran’s broad knowledge in the industry has provided her with a deep understanding of the design and creative process. Fran works to transform a brand’s core values and vision into a visual language, communicating its story and creating meaningful brand experiences.
Research & Insight
Sara believes brands should make a positive impact in people’s lives and to the world. After completing an MSc in Brand Leadership, she followed her heart to do just that, working with not for profits, such as Macmillan, as a brand strategist.
As a new mother, Sara has recently been mastering the delicate art of negotiation with her toddler, whilst dabbling in interior design.
Iona is a marketer that specialises in social media management, community engagement and creative word-smithing.
She has an eclectic mix of commercial experience having previously worked with charities, start-ups and global companies.
Iona has a degree in Social Anthropology and Media Studies and a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Development.
When she's not creating content campaigns, she can be seen chasing her toddler or finding her inner yogi with a couple of downward dogs.

Craig is a designer with over 20 years of experience working for global brands across a wide range of industries, from Financial Services and Education to Consumer Electronics. His experience working with both agencies and client-side has proved to be invaluable, as has his experience designing in multiple languages.
