Director

Over the last two decades, Marc has created and led Brand, Design and Digital projects for globally renowned organisations such as: BAM, Blackberry, CBRE, Investec, NHS, Kape Technologies and the Global Campaign for Education.
He has an MA in Design from London College of Communication and an MBA from London Business School, and has previously worked for and on behalf of agencies at WPP, IPG and Enero.

When he's not busy creating and consulting, Marc can be found running across a London park or rewatching a Pixar movie with his two young children.
Andrew, Technology Lead

Andrew is a technology specialist with a broad range of experience spanning over twenty years. He has worked with a wide variety of clients across sectors including: Volkswagen, Virgin Atlantic, American Express, Deutsche Bank and Sony.
He oversees both in-house and offshore teams, delivering solutions that have received universal praise and broken industry standards for innovation and performance.

Mark is an award winning designer with an MA in Communication Design. He majors in Brand Identity and User Interface design, helping create distinct omni-channel experiences for new ventures and established companies.

He is passionate about the potential of design to influence human behaviour.
Sara, Brand Strategy
Strategy & Insight

Sara believes brands should make a positive impact in people’s lives and to the world. After completing her MSc in Brand Leadership, she followed her heart to do just that. To work with not for profits as a brand strategist, having previously worked in the commercial sector.
Sara has worked with clients such as: Save the Children, Macmillan, The Royal British Legion and Waterstones.

As a new mother, she’s recently been mastering the art of negotiation with her toddler, whilst dabbling in interior design and pottery.

Craig is a designer with twenty years of experience working for global brands across a wide range of industries, from financial services and education to consumer electronics.
His experience working with both agencies and client-side has proved to be invaluable, as has his experience designing multi-language publications.

As a typographer and type designer, Craig’s passion for typography continues to inform his design craft and practice.

Having graduated with a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design, from the London College of Communication in 2001, Christie has nearly 20 years of commercial experience working across advertising, branding and editorial.
Christie has built a particular expertise in design for the property and construction sectors, and has worked extensively with leading architectural and interior design companies.
Bruno, Research Consultant
Market Research

Driven by discovering insights into how people think, feel and behave towards brands, Bruno has extensive experience, having led qualitative and quantitative research projects for global brands such as: O2, Amazon, Audi, PayPal and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Bruno has an MSc in Marketing, with a focus on Consumer Behaviour, Research Methods, Statistics and Brand Management. But, when you're not talking to him about research, be sure to ask him about his other passions - European cinema and martial arts - you won't be disappointed.
